Because our team members are our greatest asset, we place high importance on their training and programs that help ensure their safety. These measures help us achieve an incident rate below the national average. And while that’s welcome news, we also recognize there is always room for improvement.

That’s why we continue to encourage our team members to get involved in safety through a variety of programs. With our individual and plant safety incentive programs, we provide rewards for incident-free periods of time. We’ve also formed a safety committee of approximately two dozen team members who help promote, audit and encourage further team member involvement in safety activities.
